Services & Rates

Before booking, please consider what it is you hope to get out of the massage.

Perhaps this is something you treat yourself to every once in a while, and you're hoping for some rest and relaxation. Perhaps you have had a recent injury, and are hoping for some support through recovery. Or perhaps you have persistent headaches or sleep disturbances, and are hoping for regular support.

There are many different factors which will determine your treatment plan. The more you can tell me about your goals and expectations, the better the chances are of me being able to help.

Relaxation Massage

This option is for those seeking a full-body, integrated, stress-relieving massage. The kneading, long flowing strokes, and rhythmic movements of swedish massage create the base for this session, with the option to add aromatherapy, hot towels, and sound therapy at no additional cost.

Pregnancy & Perinatal Massage

This option, as the name suggests, is for pregnant folks. There are some special considerations for massage during pregnancy which we will discuss in detail, the most important being positioning. Together we will find a position that is comfortable and supportive using side-lying cushions, or bringing the table into semi-reclined with lots of pillows for support. The session may include a combination of swedish massage, myofascial release, scar tissue massage, abdomen massage, aromatherapy, hot towels, and sound therapy depending on your health history, goals and preferences.

60 minutes $90

90 minutes $120

Lymphatic Massage

Lymphatic Facilitation (LF) is a very gentle technique, yet extraordinarily powerful. It is proven to help with clearing lymph nodes, and allowing fluids in the body to move more efficiently. Secondary benefits include activating the immune system by stimulating lymph flow and reducing fatigue. This technique is specifically designed to help with swelling and inflammation due to trauma, acute injury, seasonal allergies, swelling from pregnancy/postpartum, post-operation, whiplash, carpal tunnel, and much more. People experiencing arthritis, fibromyalgia, migraines, and digestive issues may also benefit from this work. You should not receive lymphatic massage if you have congestive heart failure, blood clots, kidney problems, infections, or circulatory issues. Best practice: speak with your doc before booking. Make sure you rest and drink lots of water after your session.

45 minutes $75

Payment Options

How often you may need to receive massage will vary from person to person.

For those who use massage as preventative care, or for relaxation, one massage a month is common. If you are seeking bodywork for recovery from an injury or for chronic pain that impedes daily activities, then once a week may be more desirable. I will work with you to determine what is most optimal for your health and wellness.

I accept payment in the form of cash, check, debit card, credit card, or Venmo.

Monthly Payment

If you know that you will be scheduling multiple sessions per week or month, I can offer a discounted rate billed monthly. Because the treatment plan for each patient will vary in session duration and frequency this option is negotiated on a case by case basis. A sliding scale is also available for those in need.

Insurance

Although I do not bill insurance, I can provide an itemized receipt, called a superbill, that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement after the massage session. Please be advised that not all insurance plans cover massage, and most plans require a doctor's referral. Be sure to check with your insurance plan to verify benefits and referral requirements prior to your first appointment.

Note: the monthly payment option is not available to those receiving reimbursement through insurance. The billable rate remains $75 for 45 min, $90 for 60 min, and $120 for 90 min.
